I'd say that the 64GB is better value and you can simply plug in a 256GB SSD for £60.

Whereas with your link, you're paying +£30 for only another 64GB.

Pretty obvious it has a M.2 slot for SSD upgrade:

It seems a little unclear from the comments as to wether the BiOS supports this.

LOL. Of course it supports it. They wouldn't have provided a M.2 slot otherwise.

Did you even watch the video??
I got this a while back as the 128gb was £50 more so I got a 2tb external drive with the saved £50 - the spare storage on this is only 20 odd gb - not sure about M2 slot as the screws on back are very hard to remove even with the tools I have and the whole back needs to come off.
Gold looks really nice and I like the screen size and light weight.

Yea, but was going by comments re bios versions. Still think you’d be better off paying £30 more for the 128GB version. No problems with warranty etc.

The M2 SSD upgrade is fine on this as I have said already.
What are the wireless cards like in these? I got a similar one for my wife and wireless card was awful.

Stuck and edimax USB adapter in which changed the whole experience

Thank you so much for your advice on this laptop, which I saw on the other deals. I got a gold one for my student daughter yesterday and she is delighted with it. She does not use a laptop for gaming, really just for her coursework. She says this is ideal as light to carry around and fast for her use. Being a teen, She also loves the fingerprint ID bit and the fact it is gold!
