Ruddy hell?, thats a good price OP!.

Was that the Tablet alone?, or was that with the physical Keyboard also? (a wee bit confused as you mentioned 'Pad' in your Deal, as opposed to 'Tablet' only ..... thanx).

I'm hoping a few local Tesco's around London ends will have some of these knocking about too?. :-)
Worth asking staff. Honestly don't know if it includes keyboard but will check tomorrow.

It is ok, but hardly a stellar deal when you consider the sub £50 price of 8" tablets knocking around recently with similar specifications. Bear in mind this has only 1GB RAM, 720p screen, 2mp rear and lowly 0.3 front camera and no HDMI port.

Heat added for what it is, certainly outside of buying a cheap Chinese tablet you would struggle to get a 10" at this price, but it is what it is a cheap tablet, with a bundled keyboard it would certainly up the ante at great value at £79...but I somehow doubt it does.

Lukewarm heat added.
I don't get what you're trying yo say? Why are you comparing this to cheap 8" brands? What the heck?

because some of those "cheap brands" are knocking out proper proper quality tablets for no money these days
the Chuwi I bought the missus is a fab wee thing, unbelievable value for the 50 odd quid I paid

a couple years ago I'd have agreed with you, but the 'ships form HK' crowd have really, seriously upped their game
ASUS not Acer!
that is a bargain - i got one for my son and paid £130!
I got one about it year ago for my old man for £140 from Curry's which came with the keyboard dock.
Anyone had any joy finding a keyboard for these? I bought one a while back but can't find a keyboard anywhere.
These are still £200 on Amazon .. Good price

Although these transformer books are better with Windows OS than android so you feel like your getting an actual netbook experience

I think I made it perfecty clear what I said, it's £20-30 more than a current crop of £50 8" tablets with specifications similar. It is a budget 10" tablet with specifications similar to the crop of chinese tablets out there without having to risk the shipping from abroad it is a lukewarm deal, and hence I added heat, albeit with a comment about its specification.

And I do not understand your comment "there's always someone, always".....I added heat with some explanation about why I feel it is lukewarm...you have not even posted a deal on this site!

I had this tablet last year from John Lewis paid £129.00 with £50.00 cash back.
After 9 months and three attempted repairs I finally got a refund. They are quick to fill up even using an external SD card and apps to SD,but saying all that they a quite responsive and the screen is quite good,I used mine mostly for Kodi and till it broke down I was happy with it.
Also in Oxford tesco, they had a out 6 out yesterday eve

For some people the screen size is the most important factor. I paid a … For some people the screen size is the most important factor. I paid a lot for a TF101 years ago simply for the screen size as I only really wanted it for reading PDFs as the Sony PRS reader I had at the time was terrible at displaying them, as is the Nook I have now.Gaming on a tablet? There's no physical buttons...I don't really enjoy sitting mashing a screen with my fingers while trying to see a game that's under my fingers. Touch screens are awful, bring back BUTTONS. Websites don't look great even on a 10" screen. I've got a real camera. If I wanted to watch a video, I wouldn't want to watch it on a 10" screen. In simple terms - I have a proper computer and a proper laptop, tablets don't do much for me, if I hadn't already got a TF101, I'd get this.Don't know about this one but I run 5.1.1 on my TF101 - rooted of course. Put Moon+ reader on it and you've got a decent ebook reader that's cheaper and allows you more freedom than a Swindle.

Same here - still using my Asus Transformer TF101 with keyboard and Lollipop 5.1.1 install and working fine, my question is - would this Asus Transformer Pad TF103cx work with the Asus Transforner TF101 keyboard?

Hahaha, I'm sorry man that I did not post a deal yet. Actually I did once (a moto X), I did not post enough info back then so it got on hold.

I'm sorry if I was rude. It's just the internets, bro.

Cheers.

Maybe, maybe not. Asus have many incompatible docks, so the only way to be sure would be to try it.
I've tried a couple of ASUS keyboards to date with no joy.
not in Crewe, Manchester or oldham
