Heat! That's 42' 4k display for just £264! Best value I've seen for such resolution and size.
This is cheap but reviews suggest there are compromises. It has poor viewing angles and colours appear washed out.

It has VGA and DVI but no HDMI. Many purchasers have said there is no display port. Maybe there are 2 different model numbers one with and one without displayport. This gives you route to return the product if it doesnt have this and you are not happy with it.

4 x HD definition is not 4k, it is still HD definition. I Paid 4 x this price for a 2k monitor and I wouldn't swap it for any amount of HD monitors.

it takes a few years to count the numbers of pixels on one 4k display and 4 full hd displays, but i am pretty sure the they are not too different. sometimes i cannot figure out whether a person is being humorous or just trolling, myself included.

My point is not the number of pixels - it is about the screen image detail.

Think about the difference between SD and HD on the same screen. Now apply that to HD and 4k. its the same principle.
You will still see HD definition on 4 x hd screens not 4k definition.

Well it's a matter of personal preference I guess, not everyone can fit a 30" monitor on their desk or even a 24" in some cases. They still sell monitors smaller than 20" but I suspect the people that buy them aren't the people that actually use them (ie budget conscious IT buyers) - I see loads of 21" monitors in use in corporate settings although thankfully I also see many huge screens in use too.

Hello_There_999 says that he is comparing four to a 42" 4k screen (@Hello_there_99 should be 43" ), but in terms of overall pixel density he is right. Pixel density is the a useful way of comparing screens (along with viewing distances extra). Again lots of ways to compare etc. You can map 4k to 4HDs if you have the graphics card ports for four screens.
having no HDMI is a deal breaker and will cause a lot of frustration ...from past experience

You do realize that 1080p produces a better image quality on a 22' monitor, compared to 24'? Just wanted to make sure.

some of us are not fighter pilots and can`t tell the difference between 1080p on a 22" or 24".

what frustration? just get a dvi to hdmi lead

the frustration of not having sound and having to invest extra to get it
it wont carry sound through the dvi port on this monitor
VGA only, unlike part of the deal description
ws00724th Mar

https://gph.is/1FvOJOndvi caries sound

thats mostly not true, in general doesn't but some cards support it
