This is the cheapest 1080p 144hz Freesync monitor on the market. I own it and it's great - the colours out of the box are not fantastic, but can be improved significantly through tweeks on the OSD and in colour management in Windows.
I believe the Freesync range is 48-144Hz.

Perhaps come back when you learn the drawbacks of TN.

There's really no need to be so condescending.

TN panels are not ideal off-axis, but they're hardly unusable. If somebody is looking for an affordable triple screen 144hz setup, this looks like a good bet. If you can recommend him a cheaper triple screen 144hz IPS/VA/OLED/QLED setup, feel free to.

And for the record, I know of a number of fellow sim racers who use this exact setup and are just fine with it.

Lastly, if you're gonna act all high and mighty and rude, the *very least* you could do is actually TELL HIM why TN screens are less-than-ideal for a triple screen setup. But again, less-than-ideal doesn't mean 'bad' here.

TN Panel. You'll have to find the perfect placement and seating position.

Wow 144hz have been plummeting in price recently, I'll bite at 180

I actually managed to get mine for £172 in "like new" condition from Amazon Warehouse deals. It feels brand new, so I'm so glad I picked it up for that price. I'd suggest you look for warehouse deals if you want to get a low price!

You mean, sit in front of it like pretty much everyone else?

He's on about if you have these in triple screen, which wouldn't be great for TN panels (I should know, some users at work have this combo).

No complaints at the price though

Yeah because it was impossible to play games until the invention of IPS screens, amirite?

Given the choice of panels why would you choose TN for a multiscreen setup?

The smartass comment was met with an appropriate response.

He can do his own homework.

PC Gaming at that level shouldn't require such an unnecessary compromise.
If I'm spending thousands on a gaming rig I wouldn't skimp a few hundred on a lower quality screen and end up with a lesser experience.
Sure you have to draw the line at some point but TN isn't that line.

IPS when going surround/eyefinity is a must imo. Plus if you want to later put them in portrait IPS will be the better choice.

But hey maybe that's just me. Everyone is welcome to make their own choices.

Sorry cant actually tell what you're writing there as I am using a 27" inch TN panel and it looks super pixulated.

You were the one who elevated things into 'smartass' territory.

And you did it without being the least bit informative.

It was not an appropriate response. You literally provided nothing of value to the consumer advice situation for that person. Nothing. Your feeling of superiority was obviously more important than actually understanding the role of this site.

Well said. PC threads are often ruined by this opinionated rubbish.
