Overlooking the grammatical errors I usually find that it is the 'noobs' …Overlooking the grammatical errors I usually find that it is the 'noobs' who propagate unfounded subjective opinion as fact.

What I said is based on my own experience, it is a fact and you got no rights to say the contrary to me. When I do not know I do always ask because I always love to learn and I do not say rubbish to others and just to be few steps ahead, like you do.

I cannot think about you being better than me because of the possibility of you speaking/writing better English, I am a foreigner and you cannot base you totally stupid affirmation based on grammatical errors.

An intelligent person would first of all ask what my particular problem was instead of trying to make fun of me. I do accept when I do things wrong and I also always accept a lot of sense of humour but not the way you do, it is also nice when people tries to help instead.

If you were a successful person you would not definitely say that and there is a reason for your behaviour and the way you act, surely that helps you a lot with your poor life because it makes you feel better than the others but you do not know who the others are in reality and how much better than you they could be on any other task.

You love to be ahead of everyone else, there is no other explanation and an intelligent person would avoid acting the way you do.
Finally, sorry for more grammatical errors and for the funny way my writing might sound to you but your intelligence should be good enough to compensate and understand what I wrote, I hope. If you do not, just try to help instead.

Have a good day

PS: Nor sure why you come on HUKD, your contribution to it is very but very poor as I can see, lol

Acer sent me 5 faulty monitor panel replacements in a row even though they all passed a qc check from their repair team. It's only when something goes wrong you realise they don't really care.

True although TCB and Quidco are just huge affiliate sites where you get a bit back.

Really grates me given Quidco is supposed to be 100% cashback. They aren't exactly short of a few bob and take a look at the dividends the directors of TCB receive.

just like to say ive had this monitor before, have the x34a now but ive also had the first ROG monitor & the IPS version.

I would rate this monitor above the both. the Rog versions have annoying faults the TN version also the IPS has faults that can only be fixed by sending it to Asus for a firmware flash, also the power brick died twice with the Asus monitors.

You're most likely thinking of 2560 x 1080 resolution 144Hz monitors which do exist. However, OP has linked a 3440 x 1440 resolution (UWQHD) monitor, for which models can only be found up to 100Hz, since 3440 x 1400 at 144Hz has long been beyond our capabilities and only now are they in the process of getting these types of monitors out into production (they haven't been released yet). So yes, what OP has linked is a good deal, particularly as it is an IPS panel.

Yes it seems as if I was misinformed. You are indeed correct 3440*1400 tends to come at 100HZ, whilst the 2560*1440 come at 144HZ, sorry about that, guess I learnt something now today

Although I fully sympathise with people against buying acer laptop's, some models weren't too bad. I've actually owned several, and a couple have been pretty decent. The thing is, I don't think I could take the gamble on something from the high end price bracket. The only real appeal for acer to me is the price, and although this is a pretty decent spec, it's certainly not a cheap purchase. I think it's a bit of a gamble myself. Not cold though
with quidco this is a great deal! Acer's are not bad at all
Good spec but that 4 letter word... Acer - completely ruins it and there’s no way i’d hand that much money over for something of their build quality.
