In store only. I could only find a similar thing at Maplins (for £49.99!), so the picture is slightly different.

Great price as it has digital radio, USB and CD slots!

From the Netto catalogue:

- 32 track programmable CD player
- USB port for playback and recording
- Digital AM/FM radio
- Clock with timer/sleep function
- Headphone socket

The ]Maplin site also says it has an SD card slot, LCD display and is mains or battery powered!

Thats what I thought, closiest shop is like 90 miles so will have to give it a miss.

When they say "Digital Radio" they dont mean a DAB radio BTW

What do they mean?

Digital presets and scanning rather than turning a wheel

Ahh, I had a feeling it wasn't DAB at this price...

implies mp3 playback but doesn't specifcally mention it - anybody know?

yeah - plays mp3, cd, cdr, cdrw

just been to get one. sounds a bit tinny. not the most robust either, but not bad at that price

Does anyone know the sound output of this? Thanks in advance

Well well well.

Picked one up at store in Atherton at 16:10.

Returned at 17:05 as it wouldn't pick up a single FM station, apart from a faint voice on 89.9FM.

The replacement was worse... just hiss on FM all thru the range.

Took it apart to find the extendible aerial wasn't even connected electrically. Soldered it to the tuner-point on the panel which gave me a few variants of Radio1.

Repackaged it up nicely, for a refund tomorrow.

I did fancy the idea of recording to USB direct from radio, which is why I tried so hard to make it work for me.

Overall, this is a poor quality object. I would recommend staying clear if FM radio is important to you.
