Probiotics can help maintain a healthy gut lining. Many people can be prone to toxins entering the bloodstream without a stable functional lining. Worth a google to do your own research and decide if this is something you trust.

A tv program tested these things and i seem to remember that natural yogurt came out best to eat for good gut bacteria. The thickness of it resulted in more bacteria staying alive when you ate them.

May well be the case. Different factors like when you consume the bacteria and how long the products have been in transit/out on the shelf have an impact on the number of live bacteria so lots to consider. I think there are still inconclusive results so difficult to say for certainty.
I always thought citrus flavoured yoghurt things were wrong but then I had the orange flavour they had of these and loved it. Then they stopped making it
