'Action Man' Soldier Figure - £9 Delivered @ Yankee Bundles
Posted 29th Aug 2020

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

I know it seems a bit random but it makes a change from the many Twix/Bounty deals that are usually being offered! There are 3 figures to choose from and compared to Amazon prices they seem reasonably priced.
Could be a very early stocking filler?

Rubbish! Nothing like a proper action man. Where's the grip hands? The flock hair? The limb joint's? The eagle eyes?

AND the guns, where are the guns, what use are Army Action men without guns........ sign of the times, surprised they don't supply them with a feather duster, just in case anyone gets hurt!
Took one home and opened up an empty box. Thought it said Desert Action Man but apparently it was the action man deserter kit.

Luke Skywalker only needs the force and Jean-Claude Van Damme only needs his feet

hmmm hes had a bit of surgery and it's a bit dodgy

Action "Man"? Not for much longer I suspect. I can't believe the name has lasted this long actually and they won't be Sailors, pilots or army for much longer either, probably more like "Action Activist", "Action Anarchist" and "Action Environmentalist".
Must have the eagle eyes and gripping hands to be true to the original.

Now if they reissued the 1970s Wonder Woman doll I'd be all over it. A friend of mine had one (from Woolies, I think) and I was so jealous!

Honorary mention to this earlier WW doll which only appeared in the US, I think. The masculine "constipated expression" face mould, the clenched fist (meant for her golden lasso) and her posture (which makes her look like she's squatting to do a number two)....awful 41788147-vn6Ls.jpgEdit: In case you think she's not real - here's an example listing ebay.com/itm…506 - the original price sticker says 48¢!

Ahhh, com'mon, he has got the scar, what more do you want!
I'm surprised that 'Gay Bob' hasn't made a comeback. He was ahead of his times in the 70's!

Looks more like Conscientious Objector Man.
I had Tommy Gunn
