These don’t work. And I think all b&m deals should require a proof of purchase before they are allowed to be posted.

It's a pound.

If you can find one, though.
These take weeks to fill up the tank at a cost to the electric bill. The big 20ltr ones are the ones you want and have timers and senors to turn on and off

The big ones definitely do the job. Suck up moisture properly. Small one suks power pointlessly
Bought one of these off ebay for £10 at the time,it was terrible, literally does nothing but use up electricity.
Does nothing a standard fan doesn't already do
Avoid and don't waste your money!
Had 2 of these running in a bedroom for 2 years, worked well had to empty every 2 days, added very little to electric bill
Hot!
I bought the Kontrol elite version for an understairs cupboard which has no ventilation or heating and suffers from damp. This was an ideal purchase and it fills the 1L tank twice a week in Summer.
I use one when drying clothes indoors and they dry alot faster and the water tank fills up quickly.

I agree. Most of these are just taken from the website but no one actually gets any of them

do you have link for that one ,thx
Cant argue with the price but these Peltier dehumidifiers are totally useless for controlling humidity in small sized plus rooms – not too bad for a cupboard etc but when you factor in the cost of electricity, I think these use something like 20+ watts you’d be better off buying disposable damp traps. Not cold voting this though seeing as its only a squid.
Waste of money, even at £1 as they dont work. Voted cold.]
Mine fills in 2 days. The waste water is great for ironing as it doesn't scale.
These are rubbish for normal use.
But...... if you wake up to a lot of condensation on the windows in winter they are great to use behind the curtains on a timer, its such a small area it really takes care of the condensation there. I used to use the karcher window vac every morning until if used one of there and now I barely see condensation in the morning.
Lets be truthful about these please, i bought load when they went to £6, some packed in within weeks, two are still going after 2 years and the others are still in the box. My advice is buy in bulk and hope for the best.

I used mine for herb drying (sage) as they are very ecenomical when they do work.

i was thinking along similar lines... do thew throw out much heat, or is it mostly cool(ish) air? trying to work out whether this will be better than a small fan for drying mushrooms...
