Yeah the air tight cereal boxes keeps your cereal really fresh for about 2 days, i suppose a pound in today current climate is pushing it a bit. hang on until they come down to 79p

Heat added. Good price for some decent tupperware. Addis are a good brand. I remember a friend of mine getting thinking her mum was really cool as she had an Addis dustpan and brush. She had got confused between Addis and Adidas! X)
I was reading this as "Adidas White Cereal Box..." and I was like "come on man, do they have to sell everything..." hmmm yeah I feel stupid...

Completely agree! Not to mention the petrol to get to a poundshop!

If cereal boxes didn't keep things fresh, why would they be put in them?

Good for storing all sorts, rice pasta flour beans lentils etc. & save time in care/handling as don't break like pasta glass jars or weigh a ton like metal. Problems with loose bags in items I mentioned: never cut off cleanly (messy spillage) & don't reseal + non-vertical floppy storage hence taking up space in bad ways. Brands: quality yes where it manifests, but the usual brand obsessed have no taste!
What's the matter with keeping them in the original box? Only good for those who buy the smartprice sweepings and are ashamed to keep it in the original packaging, like cheap bed and breakfasts.
Good for keeping all the cheap Wagg complete dog food in though so heat added.

Not everything needs to be air tight! and if you roll the packet up or even buy a clip its fine! Sugar puffs, turn into one giant puff regardless of what you store them in!

Calling me a tool? are you 12?
just roll up the bag lol

13 and a bit
These are sweet, I buy big sacks of rice, and store some in one of these, saves going out to the shed with a cup. Also keep my cereal in one at work, needs to be air tight after I opened my box of frosties to find it full of ants.

yup. original bag is good enough to use, just roll or fold and peg it. no farting around with other containers required.
