Well no unless the link takes you to the outlet store 🥴
🔥 great spot @jack1280 Thanks for sharing

Been some fantastic reduction in that particular store recently
Great price for a really comfy trainer but I think there is a flaw with the trainer which is probably why they have been reduced.

Ended up buying these twice and both pairs lasted about 6 months casual use before a hole wore in around the toes due to the way they are made.

Yeah you are right adidas quality is shocking with these style of trainers but I dont think there is anything wrong with these (like factory errors), 6 months wear for a pair of Adidas trainers like these specific ones with the same materials is about right hence why they're only about £24.99 Brand new

I also bought a pair of adidas boots for £6.95 so it wasn't just these trainers that were reduced

Gotta politely disagree with that. I brought a pair of Nike trainers from sports direct, for £35, which are made of a similar material. I wear them all the time as they are my go to shoe for casual wear/running errands and I've also run hundreds of gym miles in them. 1 year old and look like they could go another.

If these Adidas wear all mesh instead of mesh on top and solid around the toes, then I belive they would last a hell of a lot longer.

£6.95 for a pair of boots is a banging deal!
You are disagreeing that I said these adidas trainers only last about 6 months an then say "well I've had a pair of similar trainers but nike and they've lasted me hundreds of miles" did you see what you did there😄? I was talking about Adidas not nike if I was talking about nike then yes 100% I totally agree with you they last wayyyy longer I picked up a black pair of nike roshe (similar mesh material to these adidas ones) and they have lasted 18 months of solid wear and still dont even look all that bad. The only decent quality adidas in my opinion are the old school trainers like gazelles, stan Smith's etc
You misunderstand. I was disagreeing with your point that it's acceptable for a pair of trainers, that cost £24.99, to only last 6 months. Which is backed by the fact they have been dropped massively in price. And which is why I made the comparison on my other trainers lifespan vs cost.

I paid £30 when I brought these very same Adidas trainers. For an extra £5, I got a pair of Nikes. By your "price to life" ratio, my Nikes should have only lasted 7-8 months.

Now £8.95 for trainers that only last 6 months....that I can get behind.

I understand but your missing the point

My view on Lifespan vs cost or 'price to life' ratio as you say varies depending on whether their nike or adidas

I didnt say it was acceptable for £25 adidas trainers to last 6 months I said 6 months is about right for them to last as I am aware of adidas Quality like yourself

My nike trainers that have lasted me over 18 months which I mentioned earlier only cost me £30. So no I dont think your £30 nike trainers should of only lasted 7-8 months I said from the start nike Quality is way better regardles of price. Even if they are as cheap as £20

Btw I'm going to be uploading nike deals later today if you're interested haha 😁
