I mean, if bog roll is in short supply, maybe. but even then iv got a stack of "Liverpool 2020 PL champions" t-shirts to work through first
Plus 3.99 standard delivery so £26.49, I usually pick shirts up sub £20 by this stage of the year but the way things are looking this season won't be over for a long time yet.

No matter how hilarious I would find it they can't do that it would be too much of a p*ss take they are only a couple of wins away from the title, it'll be finished behind closed doors.
I would of thought we all have an away shirt,..away in the draw until the season starts.

cant see it happening, there is no *fair* outcome now. Obviously Liverpool are champions in all but fact but that's a minor point. Its the promotions and relegation that matter.

Playing behind close doors is a PR nightmare, its basically the PL saying the fans dont matter and that completing the season is all that matters. The season will be voided, its just a case of them agreeing terms with all parties.

As sad as it is the fans in the stadium don't matter that much to the teams at the higher end of the football pyramid anymore they make a lot more money from TV syndication and sponsorship than they do from fans attending the match, that's why I think they will finish the season behind closed doors they will still get most of their match day money, fulfill tv and sponsorship contracts and it will be a fair finish to the season.

Man Utd make about £6m ish per match day. £12m ish for broadcasting etc.. Match day income is even more important for the lesser teams.

Football is for the fans, Playing behind closed doors just isn't right. Preference would be to complete the season with fans etc..

The retailer is JD Sports. A different company/owner and the Glazers own United.
