I have 2 pairs of these, in this colour and blue, BOTH so light and comfy. Well worth the money.

I have the same pair, whilst I find the fit very comfortable I don't find them great for running. The sole doesn't appear to cushion the impact whilst running on the treadmill nearly as well as a decent pair of ASICS or Nike even.

I've had a similar experience. I think most of the originals are mainly designed fashion shoes, you would be wanting to look more at the boost side of things for proper running shoes
I've had a pair of these but unfortunately didn't last long. Cold for quality of product.

Most running shoes aren't made for running these days. These supposedly are for 'the daily grind' (whatever that means) but they seem a bit light-weight for that.

Also, what are floating 3-stripes? Will they save you in the event of flooding?!?!?
Addicted to Adidas trainers at the moment ... 3rd pair in as many months the other pairs are very comfy hopefully this style is the same!!
I had a pair of these and loved them but in a couple.of.months without daily wear, both shoes developed a hole at the front.
Great find Heat added! couldn't stop me from ordering these pairs lol. Was tempted to order Ultra boost 4.0 this is way too cheaper than them
Love my pair for everyday walking about etc, but they were shocking for running, went once, never again.

The quality is significantly different though. I've had these for just over 2 months and some of the threads have already been nicked at the front of one of them and the cushioning is pretty minimal on the ball of your foot.
Voting cold because these were £27 in January with 50% off. My family of five have all had them. Pretty decent but not the comfiest. Too expensive at this price.
ahhhhh adidas trainers are just sooooo lush aren't they

the sexy beast of trainers

I tried various running shoes including all the top brands, but got on best with the Ultraboosts - adidas.co.uk/ult…tml

I got them at half price (£75) as they were in last season's colour. I've suffered less from shin splints and found them very comfortable. I'd recommend getting your running technique tested on a treadmill first, however. I suffer from Overpronation, so buying the ST (stability) version worked a lot better for me. They have more support on the inside of the sole, which helps if your foot rolls inwards as it lands -

Have you tried using calf sleeves or compression socks? Once I started using them my shin splints haven't returned.

I have actually started using calf sleeves, started at the same time as getting the new shoes and it's a lot better
