I love the look of ZX Fluxs but they always came up small on me - I'm a 10, bought these in 11 and they were still small. Tread carefully

Can these be used for running? Can't find anything on google about them.

I use them to work in (delivering parcels) and find them quite comfortable and breathable when jogging small distances and jumping in and out of the van

They're based on an old 80's running shoe design but, afaik, not sold as running trainers as such, more fashion ones. Personally I would probably look for something with more support and cushioning as I know that's what I find more comfortable, but each to their own.

Adidas, Reebok, Nike etc love to sell people expensive running and sports shoes yet there is no scientific evidence it makes any difference for the vast majority of people. As long as your trainers fit, are comortable, support your foot and ankle and feel good when you run, it doesn't matter if they are £20 ones from the market or £200 ones from a sports shop.

But adidas generally run small.

Damn you.... just spent 90pounds to buy 3 other pairs from that site..
It was my food money, but oh well there's always the cheap 20p Aldi spaghetti, at least I will have nice shoes.
