Also notice they have never posted a single deal, oh and its 'Pollock' by the way.

Also 79p in Morrisons if you don't have a Farmfoods nearby.

But, there is an essentially truth in what he says. Earlier there was a pound of beefburgers at farmfoods for 75p, feel free to buy them but it must be really bottom end stuff. Even if I were hard up I would not buy them for my family.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, I understand that. I personally don't eat these as I am not a fan of butter sauce (too sickly) but if it helps someone who is strapped for time and needs a quick dinner, then what's the harm? You don't see me shooting down this thread saying ewww how disgusting fish pie etc. He/she has been doing it on a few threads today. Sorry for hijacking your post op!

I bought 5 packs, my kids enjoy it, quick dinner in the microwave, does have some nutrition, add some beans to it. Cant go wrong.

It is being sold in many establishments for a £1, so 69pence is a great price, If someone wishes to troll, provide us with an alternative....

Not something I have come across. What is it?

Admirable Pie! We used to eat loads of these as students and I swear they've always been £1 so 69p is really good, especially if you're on a tight budget.

I've tried Admiral fish pie before and I have to agree I had trouble finding any fish inside.
If you guys/gals wanna try a decent fish pie I recommend the Waitrose or M&S fish pie.Nice big chunks of fish.:) Obviously costs more but you get woks you pays for.
And extra 20% off with MyWaitrose card Pick your own.Plus free newspaper & tea/coffee.:)

Classic stoge food, love it

Does the job

Its Fresh Milk, all fresh milk lasts about 3 days from opening. The date on the bottle is the use by date, you should throw it if it goes over that date. But if you opened it 5 days before the use by date, your milk will go bad before the use by date. It normally says it on the bottle, check it.

More to do with how its handled/transported. I my experience milk used to go off quicker, then I put two and two together. Some shops used to take delivery of milk and then not get it into refrigeration quickly enough. If this goes on at the end of the line how many times has it happened in transit. I find its a lot better these days, but smaller shops/chains may not have strict enough procedures.
BTW. My milk lasts a lot longer than 3 days after opening. Plus, if it is past sell by date and tastes OK I will use it.
