For those that want a little more, all you need to do to get the full Adobe suite, is to click the student package, and pay £15.49 per month. I did this a couple of years back and never got asked for proof. Every year it just rolls over.
Anybody buys these?.....
Not sure why this is getting voted cold as it's a great deal and you're getting a couple of months free based on the pay monthly price

your cant compare two different products at different prices £79.99 for 12 months and can be used commercially versus £185.88 for a student (full suite) but CANT be used commercially. If your just going to flout the licensing as you've already admitted you do the you may as well join Rimi above and don't join the Navy but be a pirate (_;)

I think perhaps people find subscription software services not as attractive as a 'buy it and it's yours forever' proposition and that may be why they vote cold? Don't fret about it, would be my advice. If it helps just one person then it's worth posting

I am lucky enough to have a current subscription but if I didn't I would have taken up this package as it is a good price and I think the Lightroom + Photoshop combination is superb for anyone who enjoys digital photography.

.

Good points. I actually understand why so many segments were upset about the software turning subscription. Me personally I benefitted because I could never afford the literally hundreds and hundreds of pounds for Photoshop. A couple of years ago I was given the opportunity to subscribe to it for £6.50 a month and used it quite a few times during that year. No longer have the subscription mind
Hot from me as I was offered the package for £6.85 per month (£82.20 year) via a special offer to Photography Show attendees.
hi, does the yearly subscription start as soon as you purchase or once you enter the code? wondered as was thinking of purchasing but not using until June. would I lose 3 months?

Mine started only once I'd entered the code.
It always amazes me how these deals go cold. Normally because other applications are available.
So by the same logic should all console games go cold, PS Plus, Xbox Gold etc.
DLC code to suck more out your wallet, on in the quest for entertainment.
Lots of freeware out there but that doesn't mean software as a service is bad, suck it up haters.

Flout the licensing rules? Where did I say I'd done that?

You said you'd bought the student version without surrendering proof and you just let it 'roll over' every year. Am I to take it you are an actual student then? (_;) If so I apologise but my point of a student version cannot be used commercially whereas this version can still stands.
Anyone know if you can stack codes - like buy 3 at £79.99 each, add them and get 3 years? You can do this with Office 365.

Was just about to ask the same
Can you use both the PC & Mac versions or would you need to choose one / buy it twice?
