Import and organize your photos, process camera RAWs, touch up images and exposure, and easily manipulate images without needing photoshop.

Includes 1TB cloud storage for your photos, plus mobile app where you can view and share from your entire library. Mobile app is also surprisingly good for image manipulation.

Does not include Photoshop or Lightroom Classic. Requires at least Windows 10 or MacOs 10.11 for desktop app.

Free alternative is to use Darktable, use Krita as an alternative to Photoshop, and DaVinchi Resolve as an alternative to Premiere.

Just Lightroom, Amazon normally offer the Adobe Photography Plan that also includes Photoshop for a simular price at this time of year.

Yes. Full Photoshop(and Lightroom) for £70 a year I can go with and have been. But not at £120 a year which is what the Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan normally costs. I'm worried - elsewhere in the world Adobe experimented with doubling the cost of this plan - bonkers.

I've been thinking of switching to Capture One (which is better than Lightroom ) and using Luminar instead of Photoshop. No Photography Plan offer from Amazon or direct from Adobe this Black Friday is pushing me in that direction.
Is there a way to still get perpetual licenses?
Can you upgrade from old versions, perhaps if I buy one from eBay?
I read somewhere that the usual Photoshop plus Lightroom photography plan will be offered on Monday (Cyber Monday). My subscription is due to run out in April '21 but I too am seriously consdering moving to different software.
One wonders if Adobe are ever going to wake up to the fact that their current practice in the way they offer their software appears to be turning people away in droves

I don’t quite know why anyone would use this over lightroom classic. Very annoyed that amazon is not offering the 20gb plan this BF.

We experimented in our team at work with switching away from Photoshop and Illustrator. Interoperability with other teams plummeted and we just couldn't find suitable set of alternatives that didn't require us to constantly go back and request artwork be re-saved, or redone to not include proprietary Adobe features.

We reluctantly conceded.
Originally Photoshop was $900 for a perpetual licence. So the current pricing is a bargain in comparison. That said, I still feel the subscription model is a tax on my photography hobby. Still waiting for the LR + PS deal.
This is a poor offer by Amazon. Not even classic.
no 20GB photography plan this year so far.
I will wait until cyber Monday and if not discounted then I will be going to Affinity Photo.

Lightroom 6 which was released in April 2015 was the last perpetually licenced version of Lightroom, and you can't upgrade from that to Photoshop CC without going down the subscription route. Adobe stopped adding native camera RAW support for new cameras to LR6 in December 2017, so if you have a camera that was released after that date you would need to use the free DNG converter to convert your RAW files before editing them in Lightroom 6.

The Photography Plan was available from the Adobe website as an early Black Friday offer last week for just under £100 for 12 months, hopefully waiting for a better price on Amazon wasn't a mistake.
I ordered this thinking it was Lightroom and Photoshop, 69.00 pounds being the normal offer at this time of the year but when I realized it was only Lightroom I tried to cancel but Amazon refused to refund my money under the terms and conditions of Digital downloads. I haven't downloaded it so you could say I have not "opened it" but no they are sticking to their guns, no refund. Tried the threat of cancelling my account but still no movement.

"Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 1TB" (my bold) and picture on Amazon site is misleading IMO, could try that angle/report to trading standards

Amazon gave me my money back last week as I made the same mistake.

I would have been fine with LR classic but LR CC means no local storage, so once 1TB is used up I'm stuck buying more storage.

Somebody who also thought it was the Adobe Photography Plan posted it on here last week as including both Photoshop and Lightroom. I almost fell for it, I'm sure many did.

Really easy to do. The photo is completely misleading. They've edited the description since I bought it atleast.

Glad I was refunded. The serial still works but Lightroom CC is just designed to trap you into expensive cloud storage subscriptions so I won't even use it.
I've made a quick edit to the image to remove the reference to "Photoshop Lightroom". Ironically I've done this using the free Krita 'photoshop clone' as Photoshop isn't available for Linux.

Definitely agree Adobe get a bit greedy with their subscriptions, especially for an occasional user like myself where the full price doesn't make sense.

It says the edit has been placed into moderation, so may take a while to be reflected.
Trying to see what, if anything, I’d get from this over the Lightroom mobile £4.49 subscription I have now. The mobile editor is good but the browser editor is missing features, plus the limited formats available for export.

Not looking good for a deal this year - worrying for the future.
Had the same thought. I think that I am decided though to move on to something else once my subscription runs out. It appears to me that Adobe have got incredibly greedy and give little regard to what many of their customers want from them.

Like you I have a current subscription that runs into 2021, but will use 2020 to look around for an alternative. One thing I'm looking at is Photoshop Elements with the Elements+ addin - see elementsplus.net/

It won's suit all but it looks useful to me.
Deal Finished.

now £99
Deal or no deal, adobe is not helping my passing interest in photography. Licensing is to high for a hobby
