Never heard of this brand? Anyone has?

They are the premium brand within the Electrolux group.
Whirlpool is there more budget brand, electrolux is the middle of the road and AEG is the premium I believe.

I really like AEG products and they are definitely on a par with Bosch etc imo

Unknown brand, better off with an Onkyo.

I have lot's of washing machines....I always buy Electrolux be they AEG or Zanussi as they are very reliable.

I did try the Whirlpool Group brands which include Indesit and Hotpoint etc and I even took out 5 year warranties. But I had to throw them all away as they broke down too much. And what's the use of a warranty if your machine needs a part and takes a month to be fixed....

This is a good price for an AEG

Thanks, My washing machine just broke, so I got this delivered for tomorrow and them taking my old one for £316.10

AEG seem no more or less reliable than other brands, and you will probably be very happy with it if it doesn't conk out, but be aware that if it does you will be facing the incredible "Serviceforce" service network who can make British Gas and Currys seem ultra-efficient!

My JL branded Aeg built heat pump tumble dryer took them 10 weeks to repair, with numerous missed no-calls and weeks of ot being away - that was with JLs customer service constantly harassing them to move - they were so poor JL customer service gave me a very sizeable refund. Nice when it came back, but I wasn't so keen of the black crud in the drum and filters though! :-(

If you are short of days holiday that you can use to wait in for them to not come and fix it, unless you actually like to have a white box standing doing nothing, then my tip is look elsewhere

So bad I would sooner stay at Fawlty Towers as it wasn't nearly as entertaining.
