Great clothes hanger

This will fit nicely in that space I have in the room with loads of other crap I don't use.

Like the shaver.

guys please, this is a deal it is a bike come clothes horse come door stop come fire hazard in the spare room that your missus will moan about from the day it arrives. Please show some respect!

Heat added

Some people will buy this and use it; others will be like those who get a gym membership to lose weight and then moan they don't lose anything despite never going and eating and drinking rubbish.

Nice kit but if your gonna invest really think if you will use it of not. I know a lot of people that do use theirs but equal number who don't. I fair better going to the gym and getting my fitness away from the house where I don't have to vacuum around my kit :-)

no real product specs....

Looks like a rebranded V-Fit SC1-P.

Looks identical to the Shwinn Johnny G spinners, if its the same quality it's a bargin.

yes I have one and it has clothes on it.

i think argos do a 18kg flywheel spin bike for the same price. These are better than a magnetic bike aa they allow standing climbs, which means pushing your heart rate up to a decent level. takes a lot of self discipline to exercise at home and even more to push youself at home or gym to the level you would riding a bike on a hilly route.

if you have a bike already buy a turbo. if you dont buy a bike

never get these why not get a real bike see some scenery and get some fresh air

Can't people comment sensibly for once? Does anyone actually have one of these? Really cheap it seems, but wouldn't wanna spend £200 on it if it's anything like the horrendous one I bought from Argos years ago?

PS: people who are overweight are probably not the most confident of people, hence, wouldn't feel comfortable running/jogging in public - it's fairly 'common sense' or logical really, isn't it......

Or cycling for that matter......

Great price. I have been looking for a bike to complete my home gym. Glad I waited for this one. Only 3 left!

Then buy a spare training wheel so you dont shread your expensive racing tyres!

I had one of these but badged up differently. Good Quality. I think I sold it second hand for £250 IIRC!

Back in stock!

ScorchingHot I have a Shwinn version, looks identicle. Very good bit of kit used to use them in gyms all over the world in spin classes. I got mine second hand from a gym and cost £250 so as this is new it's a bargin.

Very sturdy, they are a two man lift and not going to wobble when you rock side to side out of the saddle.

Also mine holds lots of clothes / ironing pile, so multi-use!

£100 more could get you a tribal 3 and then you could get out on it. not saying its a bad deal just what I and many others would prefer

Advantages and disadvantages to both. More interesting to go out on a bike and get fresh air, but a hell of a lot easier to build to a more intense custom cardio regime on an exercise bike.

Just got mine and set it up. Fantastic quality. The bike weighs about 40kg and is easy enough to set up on your own in under an hour.

I'm pretty sure this is just a rebranded version of exercise bikes that go for a good bit more. Definitely better quality than the typical exercise bike in this price range.

Voted cold because its only got 1 wheel and I don't know how to ride a unicycle...
(_;)

I've had a Davina fitness bike for a year and it cost £100 from Argos. Would this bike offer an increased challenge? Would it be a worthwhile upgrade?

I personally never understood the point of using this physical effort and not going anywhere. Same with going to the Gym, driving to the car park, going up the escalator to it, then having a bad ass workout in a small enclosed space among loads of other smelly sweaty bodies.

Buy a proper bike and get outside - there's a world waiting for you

All my opinion of course. If I was right, gyms wouldn't exist and noone would sell home exercise equipment.

How fast can it go?

The flywheel is only 13kg

Would I b better with this one from argos?

Would you be able to provide the dimensions of the assembled bike please?

L:107cm, W:50cm, H: Adjustable but about 115cm for me.

Edit: Forgot that the seat can slide back, adding about 20cm to its length.

If you take the bottom bit off can you cycle on it to work (or benefits place)?

Hmmm, 13kg fly wheel is poor, if you're going to get a spin bike then the heavier the flywheel the better. 16Kg and above, its not a bad deal but not a great spec. For that reason its cold.

For all those negatively comment about indoor spin bikes / similar you're probably not interested in training / fitness or maintaining your cycle fitness in the dark bleak winters when a bike like this or a spin class can really benefit you. Great cardio work-out and fat burners.

Go back to your burgers
