Rucksacks you have to carry - these you can pull or push on wheels

Even Virgin only allow 10KG (most airlines are considerably less)- even a child can manage that

Rucksacks offer little protection to valuables or fragile gifts

You don't need protection, it's a cabin bag

Rucksacks can be sliced open and your valuables taken while you're wearing it

Extremely unlikely to happen

Rucksacks will be thrown about just as much as a hard shell

Why would you throw your cabin bags around?

too heavy, the backpack type bags are nearly 2kg lighter. You don't need a hard shell design as it doesn't get bashed around (apart from being delivered by herpes of course )
Cheapest these have ever been
Thanks OP we ordered 2 of these previously and they’re really good quality. The Rose Gold colour looks particularly nice.

I use a cabin for short trips within the UK on the train or car, when walking around with one it's much nicer than having a rucksack. For planes I'll normally do a rucksack, but these have their uses

I bought these last night at this price. From the pictures they look nice - and I would much prefer to take these than a rucksack.
too big for ryanair
🔥🔥
39223122-Vvyk1.jpgRyan Air its within their priority hand luggage allowance, the other hand luggage is roughly the size of a small holdall... Ryanair changed their allowance last year sometime I think it was....
So these are within the priority luggage allowance... You'll have to pay about £6 for that pleasure lol

I've posted Ryanair allowance if it's any good for you
The reviews on Amazon seem mainly +ve. Looking at the more useful reviews, quite a few comments on the lack of quality to its construction.
Seems main selling point is for weekend city-breaks.

Broken zips, broken wheels, poorly sewn mesh pocket borders.

It's not a lot of money for two, and I was THIS close to purchasing but had to ask myself why?
Anybody know if these are stocked anywhere on the high street?

Are you going to guarantee it won't be bashed around?

It's a cabin bag, if it gets bashed around then it's on you since it's always in your possession.

The only exception would be if the plane is full, you are near the back of the queue boarding and people in front have many cases. Then in rare cases, cabin luggage is put in the hold. I've not had that happen with me though.
I have one of these and for some reason can't get the handle to extend to full length if I have stuff inside it :/ Bag is good overall tho

Honestly that's happened to me all bar one time because I like to get the most out of my short trips and get to the airport late. I claimed I had medication in my case that I needed with me in the cabin and they didn't say "well just take it out now" to me. I was shocked.

Pretty much every flight these days have the need to put cabin luggage in the hold for passengers in the back of the queue. As so many people carry them now, there's literally no room for everyones cabin bags. Unless it is a quiet flight

so tempted to snap up this deal but currently using this: matalan.co.uk/pro…rey
& given airlines also have a weight restriction i can't justify getting these when the IT one is over 1kg lighter. might not seem like much but it's extra room for clothes etc.
Also i pack mine pretty much as full as i can get away with as prefer having a cabin bag than a checked in bag (as it always seems to go missing)

mines is actually just all black but couldnt find a link to an all black one lol
Got a pair of these recently (bought on the high street for a fair bit more) and was pretty pleased with them. When stuffed full of clothes they came to around 7kg. Not the fanciest cases but they went around the world without anything breaking, so I'm not sure what more you expect for that price.
Just ordered thanks !!
Just ordered aback and gray one. Amazing

I wouldnt want to fly with an airline owned by that a-hole oleary, so no prob with the sizes. Ryan Air are the most penny pinching airline on the planet. They won't be pinching my pennies
Ordered and paid via PayPal so if these are bad then at least I'll be covered!
Thanks!
I am getting £43.11 after applying the code. Did they reduce the discount?

It seems they run a promotion every couple of weeks. I doubt you'll have to wait for very long before you find them on discount again.
Purchased one recently and is of good quality, no issues with wheels are poor quality. Great price for 2
