I’m not trying to take anything away from your deal but these did go half price last year around the 21st of November in Tesco so it’s possible the same could happen again. If no one is in a rush to get one now then perhaps hold out? Advent calendars usually start going on offer come November.

Thanks for not taking offence to my comment obviously I can’t guarantee it will happen again this year with these particular calendars but from years of being a member on here I see Tesco seem to follow a pattern of offers. They’ll do certain chocolates/calendars one week then a different set the next. I guess it may also depend on how well something sells and how much stock they have to get rid off the closer it gets. I can’t believe it’s nearly November already. The years definitely seem faster the older you get
No chocolate scaffolding? C'mon.....

Grabbed one of these early! Love this deal!
I agree the tin is attractive and I too don't want to take anything away from the OP but - 185 grms for £10 makes the tin very expensive. 300 grms at Asda for £2 and 300grms in B&M for £1.99 so 1500 grms for £10 of delicious mint thins. I know which one I would rather have!!!!

With some hundreds and thousands at the bottom as protesters....
I had this one last year and I'm pretty sure it wasn't £10

the fact I did not win the jht advent game I can only put down to blatant favouritism on the part of the judge
Or just buy a pack of after eights for a £1
Woah there!! White After Eight's?! When did this happen?!

Honestly I didn't take offence at all I appreciated your message about when they've been reduced in the past. Thank you so much 💖 I've an aunt who loves after eights so I'll get hers now but fingers crossed I can get a few mid Nov cheaper. The time really is flying and it'll be November before you know it 🦋

I was cheated Mar. Guess what is behind the window, I'd come up with at least a dozen answers every day but the judge ( who shall remain nameless) pretended it was something mundane like a holly leaf or a candle. You aren't telling me that in 24 days there wasn't at least one picture of boutros boutros-ghali

I bet you were I can imagine who the impartial judge was Looking forward to seeing what behind the doors and you never know he may there this time You'll have the prize in the bag this time 🦋

foregone conclusion. No contest. I have doctored the official JHT calendar to include some more seasonally appropriate images. After all, how festive is a chainsaw? We need them to cut down the Christmas trees and king George VI was born on December 14th so only logical he should be behind that window. Makes sense really, Jesus is behind door 25 after all.

I can't stop laughing and now I know for sure who the judge was I hope they won't suspect anything this year. I have complete faith that the doctoring has been carried out to the highest standard 🦋

Your comment was well put MiniMissyMoo, you couldn't take offence you're also right about stock...I went today for a few bargains found on here...then found out they all start tomorrow looks like an early start for me as they didn't seem to have much stock of a few things, hoping when they go on offer, they'll put more out

Thanks maccy, I appreciate that They’ll definitely put more stuff out by tomorrow, my local usually start the afternoon before and don’t put the labels out until the offer starts. It’s always worth checking end aisles if you can’t find what you’re after either as they can dot them about in the store. My step counter certainly increases a lot when I’m in Tesco for this reason
