Can't get this to work! Keeps asking me to sign in which I've done, then goes round in circles!
This is an awful tea experience. Don't go people. And don't waste your money
We used this deal in Oxford a few months ago and had s wonderful time. Seems the quality of services varies from branch to branch.

Hi what do you actually get with this deal, do you have to have tea - could you get soft drinks? Can you choose the sandwiches?
Went to a Central London Cafe Rouge for afternoon tea - it was lovely!
Apparently, this chain no longer employs ‘chefs’, instead they have ‘kitchen managers’. Says it all really.

They were very accommodating to us. They offered us a choice of sandwiches and we actually wanted different ones so they did them half and half for us. Again, I think it’s all going to be down to luck of the location you go to. I’m sure they wouldn’t mind swapping out things like the drink if you’re being reasonable
We originally had a Patisserie Valerie voucher which Red Letter Days allowed us to transfer to Cafe Rouge.
Afternoon tea was good and worth £18.

Please note Red Letter Days quote the RRP price as £28, but according to Cafe Rouge afternoon tea is £25.

Can't seem to redeem the booking code online. Kept getting internal server error after filling in details.

I called red letter days today who said it was a known issue even before I mentioned cafe rouge. I was advised to book directly with the cafe so I called up and booked a table. Apparently they'll take the code on the day!
You could always try calling up the place you want to go directly. We actually got our deal off groupon (same price) so I’d imagine they wouldn’t mind honouring the same prices with a direct booking. Just say your trying to do it online and it won’t work

Yes that's what I did thanks. I'll be calling the cafe again tomorrow to check my booking as the guy I spoke to today sounded rushed
Thanks op 🔥
It's looks like a good price but I personally wouldn't have afternoon tea there again. We went last time there was a deal on and the service was very poor. The selection was very stingy and we got literally one cup of tea each which is basically just water with a lipton tea bag. You get what you pay for but I won't be paying £18 for this again.
thanks for this!
Same here went in.july would not go again ,only got one cup of tea, been on a few ,this was one of my worst 😏
Looks like you can use the code on a few dining experiences. Just booked Three Course Meal with Glass of Wine for Two at Prezzo - £20.
Thanks

"You get what you pay for" also you "the selection is very stingy and you get one cup of watery Lipton tea"

So do you get what your money's worth or not..

Depends on opinion I guess. I paid £35 pp at a 5 star hotel near me and it was 10x better than cafe rouge
Last time I ate at cafe rouge I had food poisoning. Never again....
