Aftershokz Trekz Air bone conducting headphones on offer in warehouse only, at Costco.

I've been using the Trekz Titanium (an older model of these) for running and very impressed.

Retail used to be £125, can get them at a lot of places £99, including Argos, next best price after the Costco offer is Winstanleys Bikes for £87.99.

Yes, I know you need to be a member... This costs... Etc etc, but if you have a card, or know someone that does, this seems like a good deal to me.

I got the titaniums when they were on offer in Costco a while back, took a bit of getting used to, but wouldn't be without them now.

I'm only recently into running (hadn't since school, I'm 43!) but I need music, and my local trail was limiting me. I can't stand wearing proper headphones near roads so took a risk on the titaniums, only ran with them once so far but glad I got them even at £70. They are strange, but you quickly forget until a noise alerts you to something going on that you wouldn't have heard otherwise.

Plus a lot of organised events allow these, I'm yet to enter one as I didn't want to be without music but I've just signed up for a 10k trail run early next year
If you’re a member of England Athletics you get 20% off. Not as cheap as this though, I paid £79.99.

I can't run without music, these are much safer to use as well.

I always used to get ear infections, but less so now I've been using these rather than in-ear buds.

I was surprised how well the hands free call worked with them, the Mrs rang me mid-run and the mic picked my voice up really well even running by the road.
I can only see the Titanium ones on the site???

Not tried a call yet. Well, thats a lie, they picked up a call in my bedroom while I was in the office which confused the hell out of me! Bu I've not tried to use them for one yet.

Out of interest you got any tips on running music? I found jog.fm list songs for your pace but wondered if there was anything similar out there as some of their recommendations seem way off?

I just search for high bpm music on Spotify
Well after this mornings run I can say they are definitely showerproof, unlike my watch which lost the first 5k!
Don't forget to register them with Trekz.

They have excellent customer service and sent me a replacement pair (not the Airs) free when they broke, which they also did for my son.

(Don't let that put you off buying - they are excellent but it seems sometimes a wire works loose inside one side of the older Titaniums.)
Whats the sound quality like with these compared to standard in ear / on ear headphones?
These are last year's model and brilliant I got these for 69.97 on prime day, they are great for when I cycle to work and I've just taken up jogging.

The Bluetooth reaches all through my house so I can use them while cleaning and leave the phone charging in another room.

I like using them at the office as well so I can listen to podcasts all day but also hear when people call my name.

The new ones are called aeropex, they are slightly smaller and lighter but after trying them they don't seem worth double the price! I'd say get these of you have been on the fence.

Can you use these if you wear glasses?

I use the titaniums with glasses, they get slightly in the way but not majorly. The airs are supposed to be slightly better, I put the headphones on first then let the glasses sit on top.
