Recently got their new model and they're going to be returned after about 20 minutes of use.

They don't stay fixed in place, just kind of drop down and sit on the back of your neck which means you can't wear anything thicker than a t-shirt.
Brilliant price. These are ace. Never had any issue with them moving and ran up to 18km with them on. Fab but of kit 👌

My Aeropex have issues too, I have a big head, so they stay in place well. Unfortunately the audio intermittently drops out, sometimes for .5sec, sometimes several seconds.

Sadly I ordered direct from Aftershokz, and their Customer Service is not exactly keen to engage, and I think is run out of China.

Hopefully the OPs will work for them. If I didn't have the audio breakup, I'd have been happy with them
These units get good reviews from most people, if you read the large number of reviews on Amazon. Press reviews are positive too.
Rutland are a great company btw. Had to return some cycling shoes I ordered which were the wrong size. Really good company to deal with.
Cheaper on Amazon as they're offering a 20% off voucher.

excellent deal thanks
I have the titanium for running, only audio dropout I've ever experienced was due to phone position. I now use a garmin 645m and have no issues.

Err no mate. Thats a different/cheaper headset.
My deal is for the Trekz Air - that post is for the Titanium.

The Trekz Air is newer, lighter and more comfortable - in independent test.
That's not to say the Titanium is bad ..........

Wow, they're very similar! I had to go look at what one I've got. Mine are the Titanium, I can't fault them at all, to the extent I can't really justify buying the newer Air version.

That said, this is a great deal as I love them. The company also has amazing customer support having recently done a warrant claim and truly deserve to do well

I'm sending mine back after a couple of days. I knew the sound quality wouldn't be great as this isn't the USP, but around traffic you can barely hear it. I bought them for running and cycling (I cycle to work most days) but the back bit sticks out and constantly catches on my hood when cycling and is really annoying and distracting. Clever bit of kit and if you're just running and want do want to block out noise I'm sure they will be better but they're really annoying if you're tops got a good or you want to wear a hat etc.

Is that the Titanium, or this deal mate. I ask because a) the Trekz Air is supposed to be more comfortable, and, b) I will also be using for cycling (with glasses)

Mine are the air. They're really comfortable to wear - more comfortable than buds and glasses are fine to wear over them. The problem is the back bit. It's not adjustable so it sticks out, so it was constantly catching on the hood on my cycling jacket which was really annoying and distracting. Won't be an issue in summer or possibly if you don't have a hood.
There's plenty of independent professional reviews of these units if Amazon is not your thing.
