This is my all time favourite game but even I can't understand why someone would want to play it with a controller!

I reckon I've been playing this on and off for 20 years and it still hasn't gotten old.
Great deal, purchased as I needed both.

You know its been a bad year for xbox when they have to roll out AOE finally after all these years. Glad its coming to xbox but should have been on there a loooong time ago or at least when AOE2:DE released on PC.

Xbox Game Studios released some of the highest rated games last year. There was also the Hot Wheels standalone for Forza Horizon 5.

If it's free for pc version owners then I assume there won't be achievement stacking, does anyone know?

The offer link is a bundle but the FAQ doesn't mention DLC so perhaps they'll only provide existing owners with access to the base game?

Amazon price is the same as the Steam offer price right now; which presents a bit of a dilemma, buying for Steam you could play without an Xbox Live Gold subscription whereas buying for Microsoft you get the choice of playing on PC or Xbox but need to pay for an active subscription too.
