november is the time to buy whisky, make hay while the sun shines
Certainly some good offers recently, but i haven't seen any better than the Amazon day whisky offers earlier in the year.
Highland Park. Mild peat only and a whisky everyone should try once. Nothing remotely close to Laphroiag's peat punch.
Last year it was around the 12th of December when they had a huge amount of whisky deals. Lagavulin for £36 was the deal of the year.
Give old pulteney or origin a try, both enjoyable whiskys
Old pultenay is lovely and IMO a very underrated whiskey. Incredibly smooth and a lot more complex that many others in the same age/price bracket.
a very nice.....un-chill filtered
old pulteney
Thanks for your advice, I managed to order one just as they they sped the clock up.
It's a beautiful whisky, great character and 48%😁 I could drive to the distillery in 20mins but can't get it for that price locally!
Rare thing, and it shouldn't be.
Try the Pulteney, great for a first time whisky drinker
Great if like me you've not developed a taste for whisky, absolute purgatory if you have I imagine.
Whisky.
Lagavulin for £36
Around £40-45 in my local independent, and at that its a great buy IMO.
