I am curious why it's going so cold . Has anybody actually seen or used one of these .

its pretty expensive for those specs i think, and not to mention its from random company i've never heard of and google-ing them pretty much finds nothing, and that its shipping on the 27th may?

Based on the spec I think its quite hot, especially the higher spec model which for £10 more gives you 2Gb/500Gb. Perfect for me as I don't want windows anyway, I guess this put most people off though. Not sure about the company though as have never heard of them before.

I like the screen size for a small computer and the fact it can be upgraded to 4gb of ram, nothing else stands out though. It will be interesting to see how their "Live Pricing" approach works out.

Kogan have been around for a long time in Australia, but are new to the UK. Nice to be able to buy a laptop with Ubuntu on it without having to buy a windows licence at the same time.

3.5hrs for a portable laptop?
A bit pathetic.

I'm tempted to go for this and multi boot with Win ME... what?!?

Same price as a netbook but this has a proper Intel processor - maybe its not an I7 Sandybridge but still this will blow away any Atom

This wld be great with Win 7
