That's super cheap, good looking and I love internal visors. However, the Sharp tests aren't necessarily the best indicator of how well a lid will protect you in an accident. Also, they don't tell you anything about comfort, noise levels and fit - all things that affect you when riding.

To be fair, no test is going to tell you everything... But the SHARP tests are meant to be a standard line against which all are measured fairly, so it's a pretty good starting point.
But noise, fit and comfort are all important factors, and are often the defining difference in cheaper lids like these and more expensive ones.
As I've said before, buy the best lid you can afford. If your choice is this, or a used one, I'd go for this.

I have one...It's comfortable enough, not too heavy and the pin lock makes it great value for money...it does lose a few marks on the noise front when going over 60...I'm tempted to buy another at this price to drop off a building or something lol, I trust the sharp test though (otherwise wtf are we supposed to use to gage a lids performance?)

Definitely more sensible to buy this instead of a £50 name brand knock off which people are actually stupid enough to do!

Surely it doesn't come with the pinlock insert at that price; it's already a very good price - that would be amazing.

No sorry this does not include the insert but the visor is pinlock ready...i've got a much more expensive HJC which isn't lol...I prefer my agrius over the HJC

Doesn't surprise me, my current lid is a cheaper HJC and I hate it. Not representative, I know, but I'd never get another. I was just about to pull the trigger on this but the blue is oos.
Cant get PARTY code to work, says no to that

Then you're very mis-informed.

You don't need an expensive helmet. Take a £30 lid with a 4 star safety rating and a £300 lid with a 4 star safety rating - they're going to offer similar levels of protection.

You can buy cheap. You can buy expensive. Just don't buy crap.

That's exactly what you're buying for £30
Great deal, thanks op.
But I'm not convinced about the actual lid. I have a very similar Black optimus helmet (same company), and it drove me crazy with a design flaw - the visor has only 3 positions, closed, halfway or fully open. So in average British weather when you'd like to keep it a tiny bit open in town, you just can't. You either get fogged up, or get a lot of wind/rain in your face. If you look closely you'll see the 3 positions on this helmet too, and it seems to be the same across the range. To me this is a deal breaker.

Did you actually take the time to read my comment? Price != safety. A £30 4* helmet protects you the same as a £300 4* one.
