Keiichi Morisato is an engineering student, top driver of his campus motor club, and not very lucky with the ladies. But while calling for take-out food one evening, a wrong number puts him in contact with the "Goddess Hotline." One misplaced wish later, Keiichi finds himself blessed with Belldandy, the perfect girlfriend and a goddess in every sense of the word.

Unfortunately, she doesn't have any idea of how to act in the human world, and her presence quickly gets Keiichi kicked out of the dorms. Fortunately for Keiichi, his troubles have just begun!

Contains all six volumes (episodes 1-26) of the first season!

Fortunately my wife is hooked on Anime too so I don't get too much hassle over the cost. Although I'm getting a little fed up having to watch the dubbed versions...

Not all of my recent buys have been popular; we didn't manage more than one episode of Lunar Legend and just a couple of episodes of Wolf's Rain, Witch Hunter Robin and Claymore.

This deal has come at just the right time; we've watched Noein, Planetes, Angelic Layer and Moribito since Christmas and I've just about exhausted my DVD collection...

I cant think of ANY of my retail anime purchaces that dont have a subtitles & japanese audio option. or do you mean your o/h prefers dubbed?.

they also have some samurai 7 left for 14.99 , a very good series.

tempted to buy speed grapher , for 19.99. one of my favorite animes ever.& most excelent sound track!.

They got Solty Rei now for £9.99 (6 discs, 24 episodes):

A much better anime series than Ah! My Goddess in my opinion.

bough the ultimate goddess boxset the other day not realising there was more then 3 eps

Do you need a code or something? Or has it gone up to £29.99?

looks like its gone up

Yes - she enjoys the pictures and hates to have to read all the time - I get the point; unfortunately so many anime don't have a decent dub so if I ask really nicely we watch the subs...

If you can get it for anything close to RRP then jump on it, it was published by ADV who went **** up in 2009 leaving a load of licences stuck in limbo including that and Neon Genesis Evangelion (the original not the new movies).

It's a nice set and comes with a notepad and pencil, which is highly appropriate once you're seen it.
