No, it's just an option for Japanese audio. Text is always English. I just checked my PS4 disc version.

I'm starting to think we should have some sort of 'price matched' or equivalent info in the deal summary on this site to help people make more informed purchases.
I'm not a fan of only getting a good deal from the big players like Amazon when they're price matching and muscling out the smaller retailers. In the end game I think we're going to have less smaller retailers, less options and less deals.
