Me too. Got £51 waiting in credit. £30 on RE7 add the rest to this and I could justify it!

Tesco direct

Nice one, been looking since ordering psvr the other day. Had almost £5 in reward points so only cost £45.07. Heat from me. 🏻

Why aren't you listing to taz05? Just been on Tesco Direct, bought and pick up from store free. £42.00.

Just went with Taz's Tesco tip. 42 quid. And it turned out that I had 41 quid in Clubcard points. Result.

doh, was deliberating and Tesco have gone out of stock and Game's website is DOWN! lol

edit: site works again.

Caved and bought this, make use of Quidco's £2.50 cashback offer on today, plus the cashback that tracks against the order which probably brings this down nearer to £47~

This deal cost me £350 as it tipped me over the edge. Very 12 month buy now pay later on the headset/skyrim bundle plus controllers. Was waiting for the HDR version but in the end figured that changing a cable now and then isn't the end of the world.

Purchased. Great price ! Thanks.

Get the hdmi switch box that people have been recommending on threads here, it's like £10 on amazon and probably cheaper than buying the new model anyway

Was hoping for this on warehouse deals with controller, the game is just over a tenner after the 20% off, but without the controller it's a bit naff right..

To be honest I think the neutral design is better, considering it's meant to represent a load of different weapons.

Been playing this tonight. Had to put the camera up quite high. Like 8ft. Normally it’s on top of the TV at about 4ft and the play area was way off and my head was out the top!
Reasonable game though. Bit fixed path so far.
Like the control method. Better than teleporting by a mile.

It was more expensive before the BF sale period yes, but nevertheless it was the number one selling item on the whole of Amazon UK while the site-wide sale is on, and has now sold out, so to suggest 'VR died a speedy death' is laughably absurd.

'However, thanks to a ‘Black Friday’ deal from Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe (SIEE), the PlayStation VR has now become the number 1 selling product on Amazon in the UK.

This chart-topping success isn’t restricted to Amazon’s ‘PC & Video Games’ category, but the site-wide sales charts governing all products available via the online retailer. At the time of writing, the PlayStation VR has seen a sales increase of 46,700 per cent, raising 467 places in the sales chart since the launch of the discounted bundle this morning.

Today’s launch of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim VR has been met with a rapturous response from the PlayStation VR community also, with the retail edition currently sitting in sixth place on Amazon’s PC & Video Games sales chart.'

Not many games you hear about, or people have it that I've heard about. I'd say the initial hype has absolutely died off as well. Of course these things will appeal for a couple of hours for some younger people around Christmas, and most likely game devs will slowly drop off.

You said "VR died a speedy death". The data shows you're wrong.

This has now gone up to £97.85! But Grainger games still have them in stock for £48.99. Just ordered one myself.

Grainger Games - Farpoint Aim Controller Bundle

And as far as the VR debate goes, I just bought a PSVR and am very impressed. Skyrim VR is excellent. Granted, the graphics look a bit dated, but when you come across 6 foot long spiders and adventuring in deep dungeons and out in the wilds, it’s unbeatable!

I’ve played Skyrim in many formats, on the PC and with the mods on console. It’s still in my top 3 games of all time. Any fan of the game would be missing out if the haven’t tried it in VR!

The controller also works with other games such as Brookhaven and Doom VR, as well as the soon to be released Bravo Team.
