good find..

Great find, ordered for my Dad who loves this plane & anything to do with it .

Thanks OP, just ordered one for my son.

Cracking find gromet, this takes me back to the 70's when I got a Spitfire for my Christmas (a model one that is, not the real thing!)

Ordered one for ahem my son as well.

An oldie but hopefully a goodie- always wanted one of these as a kid, but they were so expensive. Hopefully won't be too demanding to put together from the box.

Nice one, the 1/72 scale version is £10 so this is a real bargain!

Excellent thank you

if i got 24 of these could i make a real spitfire?

An absolute steal at this price, just ordered for my dads birthday in July...

It's been years since I did any of these kits, and they were the 1:72 kits (I think, they were small). Ordered myself one, will need to clear my desk to make it, can't wait. Miss the smell of that glue. This time though I must remember to paint while creating, it was really ruddy hard trying to after it was all put together.

Cheers.

i know its gonna sit in the wardrobe for months before i pluck up the courage to start building it but......couldnt resist at this price. A true icon of WWII and hopefully i'll do justice to it - else I'll say it got chewed up by an ME109. Heat added

Great , just in time for hubbies birthday. He used to do these when he was a youngster and this Spitfire is his favourite.

Bought. Thanks OP.

Top find, many thanks!

Brilliant...bought it for myself for my birthday...don't care who knows it :-)

Bought this for my eldest son for Christmas when it was £32 and it's HUGE! He loves it so have now ordered this for his brother - thanks!

They had a load of these discounted in the hornby shop too

Only if you dig them up first in Burma ...

One for me, one for my boy.
Thanks.

Damn, bought before Christmas when it was £27, at this price it's a steal.

I seem to remember burying 36 of these in their box's down the end of my garden in Mingaladon Rd ,I may just pay a visit if I can get permission to dig !!!!!

Ordered two last night, just had an email "Unable to fulfil"..

This website is going to ruin my marriage! Just had to order one at that price, a complete bargin and one hot vote added. Main problem is it's way too big to hide so any ideas or suggestions how to explain this away to the wife please?

i couldn't add to the online shopping bag? i guess sold out?

If you are lucky the package will come in some form of Debenhams bag. Just say you got her something for her anniversary.

Anyone had money taken out of their account yet ?

Received nothing & no payment taken

Have you a 'track order' on one of your emails.
