Why?

Do you comment every time you vote a deal cold?
No. first time I brought this so if anyone voting cold would like to know if it's due to price or quality as it may help someone. That's all

I spoke to someone Tesco customer services on the telephone and they confirmed plenty of stock still around when I rang at 6pm.

Handbags over basmati rice lol

Ikr lol
Was trying to help but some ppl have issues
this rice is very good, not as good as tilda basmati which cooks differently - 30 minutes pre-soak before cooking - and has more of a perfume.

for best results pre-soak this variety for around 90 minutes before cooking.

you might need to experiment a bit to get the best result you prefer.

£11 is tesco's usual selling price - and elsewhere.

Yes agree as above...

Decent rice for the money. Cooks well within my basmati rice cooker
How do you cook rice?
Always this price. Buying aromatic rice in big quantity is big attraction for rats, mice and other vermin. White polished rice is devoid of fibre and vitamins If it was wild rice, brown, black or red rice, I would have bought. Aldi and Lidl sell 1kg bags of this and Thai Jasmine rice for £1.
