Came up as £15.49 delivered!

Definitely a great game - I am in part 2 at the mo and at times genuinely freaked out being deep in the forest, low on batteries and ammo (why did I waste that flare?) and knowing that between me and the bright light ahead there are bound to be another bunch of Taken...

Love this game! Apart from the terrible storyline, rubbish dialogue, repetitive gameplay and obvious plot developments of course.

This game review is worth a watch. Don't buy this game if you are over 15.

Fantastic game, really enjoyed every element of it. No game has made me jump like this since the early Silent Hill / Resident Evil games.

Well, I am very much over 15 (more than 3 times in fact) and I really enjoy the game. As for vid reviews from The Escapist - they are meant to be comic I think, and he slates pretty much everything. Personally I just find them tedious after the first minute or so but horses for courses and all that. The very fact that Alan Wake is heavily influenced by Steven King, Twin Peaks, etc and has a TV-like structure is what makes it stand out.

Awesome game, worth every penny at this price!

scary game

Okay I agree to disagree. This game is the marmite of pseudo intellectual computer games!

If you dislike games with terrible storylines and rubbish dialogue then I'm guessing you don't like a lot of games!

Good point!

Well to be honest I don't mind a rubbish storyline if the gameplay is fun, like Prototype for instance.
