Got one of the refurbished ones last time for £1.50, been keeping an eye out for them coming back in stock but might have get one at this price. Good to have in for when old parents breaks theirs.
£15 in Tesco with £10 credit so same price there.
Superb. Thank you. My mother has been doing my head in asking for a replacement “simple” phone.

I bought this without a top up previously & used with a Giffgaff SIM but now it's on the O2 123 deal

It was £2 then (refurbished but looks new), and you just select the option for PAYG without a package to only get the phone.

It's a good glovebox phone & has both 2g & 3g

The radio also works without headphones & I'm fairly sure it even has an option to be pre set to record radio programmes.

It's down in the car now, but I'll bring it in & check anything anyone wants to know.

Only flaw is it's single SIM & the glovebox phone in my other car takes three (although the battery life is lousy in comparison).

O2 gave me the code to unlock mine at zero cost.

Perhaps a year ago.

Kindest regards

Thanks

Did they say something along the lines of you have to use it for 30 days before they gave you the NUK, or did they issue you with it shortly after contacting them?

Looks better than the 99p Mobiwire Ayasha Argos were doing, and the 2g/3g plus camera, bluetooth mark it above the 2017 release (single sim) of Nokia's 105 (with cr@ppy navigation button) Carphone Whorehouse were doing for £5 after cashback (albeit it included £10 credit).

I can't remember, but suspect it was after a while when I realised it was a good phone.
I have just received my order and can confirm that this phone is unlocked. I tried the Sky and Virgin Media sim cards and both of these work.

Received earlier and I have to say it ain't half bad for the £5 pricetag and comes unlocked.
Great beach phone or backup phone for the glovebox.

+ve's: Unlocked (but check jic), 2G & 3G, Bluetooth, VGA rear camera, FM Radio, Media player, SD Card slot (up to 32GB), torch, inexpensive, 2 colour choices, power connector set at the bottom/headphone socket on the top, provided with TYPE A USB to Micro USB charging cable & cr@ppy headphones, swappable 950mAh battery.

-ve's: The screen seems to be a TN type so off axis colour shift is quite noticeable (not one for watching content, not that you would anyway), supplied without charger.

Nice one OP.
Visited CEX and got rid of both the lacklustre Nokia 105 & Mobiwire Ayasha (both unlocked, initially bought for £6, sold for £16).
