Several comments on a previous deal for this model states that it leaves the floor soaking. Other negative comments too, hence the price I suppose.

Good for the price - can confirm it leaves the floor wet

The warranty is worth nothing. I tried to contact them (the company that handles the warranties, and I live about 10 miles from them) by email - nothing, by phone - you get through to a voicemail, no call back.

You should be taking it back to the shop if you are within 12 months of purchase. If not and you are getting no joy from the warranty company I would still be taking it back to the shop to get them to contact the company.

I had this problem as well, 2 years into the warranty. I took it back to the shop and pointed out my contract was with them, not the supply company, and they gave me a refund, reluctantly. Stand your ground and you will win, good luck

You got two years out of a £13 cleaning product. When it breaks get over it and buy a new one.

I'd usually agree, but if a company slaps FREE 3 YEAR WARRANTY on the front of the box, why would you not claim? I don't get that logic.

I wasn't talking about the steam mop I was talking about the warranty. Anyway if someone sells something and give you a three year guarantee you would be a bloody idiot not to claim on it if it broke. Mine was a recip saw.

Can this be used on marble or travertine tiles?
