Not nice

Customer reviews on this seem to have a favourable opinion.
My lass and others say it’s nice enough for the pride. And does well in the reviews.
Nothing says "I love you" quite the same way as Aldi Prosecco!

Why not? Because it's cheap?

The value of something doesn't make it anymore loving or romantic than an expensive item, just means you can't necessarily afford to splash out for one day that on the grand scheme of things means sod all in a relationship.

(However don't get me wrong my nuts would be accompanying the prosecco on the dinner table if I forgot to do/get something)

I didn't say it was a *BAD* thing, just "Nothing says "I love you" quite the same way as Aldi Prosecco!" - (in the interests of balance I might have added "except perhaps LIDL Prosecco" - other brands also exist.

I consider myself "Careful with money" - my other half describes me as "Tight Fisted" I know in blind testing this stuff scores very highly, perhaps if they wanted to do me a favour they should just charge more!

It came across that way. Although I'd have gone for nothing says "I love you" more than "well one of us needs to be tipsy"

Either way, I went fancy and splashed the cash on the Lidl Champagne at £11.49. Personally I like that it matches with thier "potato pancakes"

Have just been drinking this for valentines, and was commenting on how nice it was. What a coincidence!
