Hi
Last year i bought one of these heated throws , they are amazing so warm for the cold months ahead very low wattage so very cheap to run , they saved us a fortune on the electric last year without the heating on for so long , these are 160 watt so for a 2000 watt heater on for an hour you can have this on for approx 13 hours for the same money, they say easy clean as well, in shops and online from the 7th

Did you get from Aldi before, seems lot of money for small blanket...
Good grief. It's bad enough seeing my kids wrap themselves up in a blanket in mid September, let alone if they discover these things!!

Didn't we just used to put on another jumper/watch TV less!?
Does it go in the machine or wipe only
Thanks OP, been considering getting one of these for ages as I work from home and it should save me putting the heating on.

Plenty other reasons to want a heated blanket

These are very popular amongst folk on a forum I use. People with same medical condition as me. Where any sort of coldness increases our pain levels. I never even used to own a JUMPER til I got this condition I always run warm naturally. But now I'm all about the heat sources... And layering of clothes. I'm forever cold.

Also the elderly etc. with expensive home heating. These sort of things may help them also. Heat themselves while they're watching telly without needing have the heating on as much and saving precious money.

Know when I'm stuck having Netflix days due to pain this sort of thing would be amazing! Sadly though because chronic illness. I can't afford to buy one at this time. When they have come out I've always been skint! One day...!

Absolutely. I'm not referring to those with health issues - I'm sure these will be ideal for the situations you have highlighted.

I was just sharing my frustration ref my perfectly healthy layabout teenagers.

I have fibromyalgia, and this blanket helps greatly with that. It’s light and snuggly with adjustable levels of heat, it can be used all
year round. Kids to elderly mother all use it.
Mine was purchased from a cheap online shop 2 years ago, so not exact same model as the Aldi one.
Is this better than the silentnight double electric blanked on Amazon for £29?
My wife got one of these last year, not sure if it was faulty but it heated up very slow and unevenly

Got one myself. I understood that also sorry that might not have come across!

Mine wanders around the house all the time wrapped in a blanket.

Wearing shorts. And no jumper.

Matter of time before he falls down the stairs from standing on it...

But. Teenagers.

Went for this instead as it's larger at 200 x 130 there was a code for an additional 5% off that flashes up after about 1 minute. Seems well reviewed on Amazon albeit at a higher price.
I got one and had to return it. It was "crunchy", it made a horrible crackle sound when you moved it as it had some kind of plastic sheeting inside. It's different from last year when the blanket was soft and flexible. This year they've changed the design so there's a plastic sheet inside the blanket that makes it feel horrible. Did anyone else notice that or was it just the one I bought?
Hi guys
i lost instruction from my electric throw...can someone can send screen of her?
