I just rotate my body 90°vertically, both convenient and time saving when cleaning my walls and windows.
Are these worth it over the standard karcher jet? Does it save a significant amount of time?

Ok I'm convinced
Had one out the box in Aldi yesterday. I didn't look or feel very sturdy compared to Nilfisk equivalent. Cheap, but does it do the job?

Bought one the other day and it comes with 2 adaptors to "fit the most popular brands" or words to that effect in the handbook. So while I'm not 100% sure, I am pretty confident it will. If not just take it back.
Bought one this morning - definately does fit the Karcher K4 - have tried it out and it does a nice job on block paving.Thank you OP

I usually go over gaps with the lance if they have moss. I've used Karcher version of this with a K5 and it still leaves bits so need to use lance for stubborn bits regardless of brand.
I bought this today on a whim and it's definitely worth the £15 spent. I have a large paved garden and I spent a couple of hours cleaning a section of it today.

I have a generic RAC branded jetwash with a Karcher lance. The fitting was simple with what is supplied. Build quality could be better but for £15 who's arguing. When using both extensions it feels a little flimsy when moving it side to side but up and down it's fine. After a couple of hours basically hoovering my patio I'm pretty pleased with the result.

The picture below was my first few minutes messing around with it. The clear patch is the patio cleaner.
