Very healthy (the veg at least, meat is as far as I understand beneficial for growing children and for B12 but you can get patches for that). I'm currently seeing a nutritionist weekly (it's been 3 weeks now, 3 to go, then maybe 2 more in the future). She recommends an avocado a day, plus red or purple coloured fruit and veg, ginger, garlic, and maybe lemon and lime daily. Among many other things.

If you have the opportunity for a group session with a qualified nutritionist I would highly recommend this.

I'm an omnivore just because I accept the risk of meat that vegetarians simply don't. It can provide good protein and such. If there was an Aldi near me (and I saw my nutritionist yesterday) I would buy all of the veg offers.
Chillies give me the Trots.

How can a diet be varied and healthy if you're just eating the same foods every day.... It can't.

I'll get some for my stubborn, lazy pony then.
See if that works.

What part of "among many other things" don't you understand?!
So where exactly is the deal? Just stuff thats being sold. Whats great about paying 49p for celery ?
Not much cheaper than Sainsbury’s where the veg is much fresher and less hassle at the tills
Thanks for posting, deals are not what they were here anymore.
And agreed veg fresher elsewhere for about the same money.
Thanks for post
Is that seriously one single burger for £2.69 (£7.08 per kg).

Even if it is 2 burgers, Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Burgers work out cheaper if you buy 4 at less than half the price..

Or am I missing something?

Great discount on the beetroot - the next best price I know of is 250g for 35p @ Home Bargains.

I'll probably pick up cucumber and tomatoes while I'm there.
