Thank you
Great
Thank you
Veggies from Aldi? Never again. I had my share of rotten peppers and mouldy onions and when I tried to get a refund (for the onions, from Egypt) they made me feel like a scoundrel.
There's always one. Nice find thanks.

That shouldn't be the case regarding refund/exchange. As long as it is identifiable as an Aldi product, (with a receipt even better) then there should be no issue.

If it was a store assistant being a jobsworth, then simply ask to speak to a manager.

You are of course right... in theory :). In practice refunds with Aldi are always a greater hassle than they should be, so much so that I have completely stopped buying anything non-food and even with food I am now v careful. YMMV.
Thanks for posting as ever

Not the most inspiring collection this week for me.

I find Aldi will honour a refund request, but often with harrumphing and hassle as you mention.
Far easier in Tesco in my experience.
Not much on offer, nothing of interest to me. Heat added for the posters effort.
