uhm seems to me just the prices they normally cost?
These ''super'' six ''deals'' have become really pathetic lately...

Peppers are a good price but everything else... pah. 10p off doesn’t really cut it. There’s no doubt Aldi is getting more expensive.

Even if it's 10p off their normal prices, you can't say Aldi is expensive when you compare to other supermarkets Little gem at Tesco - 85p Aldi offer - 45p, Chesnut Mushrooms Tesco - £1, Aldi offer 65p, same for Mangetout.

It's best they have lower prices all year round and drop them slightly for these offers than higher prices when they are not on offer to make the savings look better.

Cheap because they only last a day before going off
Are plant based materials edible then? Wow , who new!
It's going to take some effort to incorporate these plant based things into my normal chocolate & McDonalds diet

Agree. I shop all over and Aldi is even cheaper than Lidl half the time, despite now being infinitely cleaner and having a better range of food.
Aldi super 6 has become pot luck if it will be fresh when taken home, in fact the recent blueberrys were mushy and furry even before leaving the shop. the last time i got some satsumas they ended up in the bin as they were all off.
over christmas their carrots, suede and parsnips ended up being hard and impossible to get cooked meaning they stuck out like a sore thumb and spoiled the meal.
Aldi seem to have lost quality over these so called deals.

Vegetables don't go hard and impossible to get cooked as they get older - I often roast carrots and parsnips that are weeks past their best before date. Maybe you just forgot to switch the oven on at Christmas 😋

haha, ye sure that must be it.
seriously though they were roasting for ages and ages and they still were not getting done, i was annoyed as everywhere was shut for christmas so I could not get any more.
maybe aldi hoardes they super 6 stuff well in advance that they are either off or unable to be cooked as they should more and more often it seems.

Honestly I've not had that experience. Maybe you have a bad Aldi. I find carrots etc much of a muchness to be honest though - I only ever buy basic carrots in a bag (never organic or any of that bunkum), and they all seem to taste the same to me. My carrots and parsnips were all Aldi this Christmas and they came out a treat.

maybe a bad batch, it does seem very hit and miss with the super 6 especially, had a few issues with the super 6, makes we wonder how they source/store these.
