Got the pineapples today good size but did make 3 of my childrens mouths hurt! But don't think that's Aldi's fault!

Did you make them eat it with the skin still on?:D

Got the oranges and pears today. Will get the plums (Greek) & pineapple later. Yet another excellent deal for Aldi.
BTW, not part of the Super Six but Aldi are doing four fresh figs for 89p at the mo, Really cheap and superbly tasty. Go buy some and treat yourself.

I wonder what was on this guys mind when he dreamed this price up?:p

I used to love the oranges and yet last two times I found that there was a rotten one in all the bags!

You certainly have to watch it in Aldi, but huge savings to be made on fruit and veg. A previous thread contained some great tips on interpreting the date 'code' on Aldi fruit and veg, posted by an employee. Essentially, you need to look for the highest number when the date code is expressed in four numbers, i.e. 2206

Would 2206 equate to 22nd of the 6th month??

I think it's something like week 22.
Any Aldi employees able to clarify? The key thing is when rummaging, look for the higher number.
