These are class

Really nice got some last week

What size the bag please?

These are superb and very tasty. Not as healthy as you think as apparently they still covered in fat/ oil. Feel free to look on net. I like them much nicer than standard chips/ fries.

I have these with the aldi grated mozzarella cheese (warmed up in microwave for melted goodness) and finished with chip spice.

They're incredible

I agree, the unhealthy bit in a normal chip is not the potato, its what they coat it in!

I got these today!

The Aldi Champion thin fries at 67p are epic

they are 500g, and when you cook and plate them up, there's nothing there... I wasn't very impressed tbf

Are these oven chips? We threw our frying pan out about 20 years ago.

Not sure but think more likely to be
I made my own sweet potato oven chips earlier this year - just peel and cut to size put them in a freezer bag and sprinkle a little cooking oil then shake the bag about - then freeze and cook when needed

I was just hoping the thread was a better offer but at £1.29 for 1/2 kg I'll make my own (eg Tesco's Sweet Potatoes Loose £0.95 per kg and these are £2.58 per kg)

Buy a sweet potato, wash it, cut it into wedges, brush with oil, place on a baking tray, sprinkle lightly with smoked paprika, bake in a hot oven C. 20 mins.

Healthier and cheaper.

Sprinkle them with cornflour before oiling them and they'll be amazing.

Add some cumin seeds as well if you've got them and feel like it, pretty good.

Say to girl:

Sweet potato is much healthier than white potato due the the complexed carbs.

had sweet potato before , bags of them are on offer at asda for £1 but never tried the fries they sound lovely

These are awful .I cooked them in accordance with the instructions. After 10 minutes were turning black after 30 minutes -the time given- were very black and undercooked, Not recommended!
