Seems like a good deal. Can't find any equivalents for anywhere near this price on Amazon.

I'd usually say wait 2 or 3 weeks go in to your local store and these will be £10, but my local don't seem to reduce these like they do all the other tools.

heat anyway.

Great price, would rather have had it a pound cheaper and get rid of those crappy euro connectors though, BSP are much better

The assorted kit also comes with a 10m hose but no retractable case, for £14.99

I bought this last week and fitted the same night. Great value for the money. Yes there are better ones available, but not at this price along with the 3yr warranty.

hot

Thanks for posting, ordered the compressor 2 weeks ago and this is just what i need to save me dragging it around.

Is the compressor any good lads ?
I've had a similar one from aldi about 10 years, similar spec, but it's never been man enough to drive say, an impact wrench or sandblaster etc.

Haven't given it much of a go, but it looks good, should drive pretty much anything you want within reason. It's larger than some of the older ones I've seen, I've got a friend with one and it's a lot smaller than the 24L they are doing at the minute(half or maybe 2/3rds the size I would guess), not sure how well it will hold up to continual output for something like a sandblaster, would probably drive a wrench as long as it's for light use and on the efficient side. It's not big and only one cylinder, so really it's only good for something small for a long time or really big for a short time.

Honestly I've not got it for heavy use, the odd light air tool, tyres, airbrushing and maybe driving some pneumatics for small projects and that's it. If you need it for heavier use you really need a 50L dual cylinder beast.

Bizarrely Lidl still have a lot of air tools in stock, but I don't remember them doing more than a tiny compressor without a tank.

Got the accessory kit about four years ago and the tyre inflator hose has perished and leaking. Wouldn't have expected that with the use it's had and it's been kept out of the light.

We've had the 3hp 50L one for about 18 months and have used to work on our compact tractor, for example stripping down one of the front wheel hub drive assembly as the bearings had collapsed. There was only one main bolt it couldn't undo where I had to use a breaker bar but it was that tight I would have been surprised if any impact gun could have undone it. Generally speak it seems to be good value for money considering the price and the 3 year warranty.
