Like New means unopened and unused. Damaged packaging mostly
Suppose some people vote Cold and they're not even sure of the reason why!

Amazon Warehouse can be a bit, irregular, with its gradings but generally it means just that "like new". Often it won't even have been opened and still sealed.

A lot of "health" items or items such as these now have the description "open box" as "used" seemed to confuse people/put them off, who knows.

It’ll be new but damaged packaging. Like when they sell condoms or Tena Lady ‘used - like new’ on warehouse (not kidding, I’ve seen it myself)

It'll now be "Open Box - Like New".

Oh yeah I think I’ve seen that recently.

Warehouse usually is ok, just the odd thing that comes without extras etc.

I wasn't arguing with you, I was being a bit flippant, but fair dos if you want to take it the wrong way.

This has been out of stock for about 24 hours and you're still nit-picking about a definition. I'm going by years of purchasing from Amazon Warehouse - my intention on HUKD is to be helpful and I answered your question - there's no vagueness, except from the people who do AW grading, perhaps .

A few members have answered your question too, in the same vein as myself. sicklysweet said, "Warehouse usually is ok, just the odd thing that comes without extras etc." Amazon Warehouse is a lottery sometimes which is why I said "generally". It's just how it is.

Perhaps Amazon need to update their "Amazon Warehouse Product Conditions" page - same goes for the comment I made last night about capturing funds right after purchase. They are now starting to include photos in some AW listings, which can only be a good thing.

Given the speed, workloads and quotas Amazon workers have to comply with, I suppose Warehouse will always have an element of risk.

Maybe best get on Amazon Live Chat or make a test purchase from AW, if you're not satisfied by members' answers.

As for "taking it the wrong way" - you were the one who joined the thread with (what could be perceived as) a blunt comment and then ramped up the snark with your replies, including a personal dig. I'm not interested in online spats or pettiness. I'm not sure what your problem is, but please, let it go now.

I thought you were one of the nice members on here, maybe you're just having a bad day. I may be flippant or have a "funny" but I have no intention to be cruel or bait people. If I have offended you, I apologise. Have a good one (genuinely).

Maybe try Ask or Misc, nobody is being rude to you but I've answered as thoroughly as I could.
