If you make sure you get a made to order one, you almost always get mountains of toppings compared to the ones they put on the shelves. Never really understood this given it's often the same person making both.
Generally I find Sainsburies have the nicest toppings (but are often pretty stingy), Tescos have the nicest bases and Asda have the best value. Morrisons use a weird ultra greasy cheese for theirs which kinda ruins them.
did you scan in?
Yeah. Scanned it on handheld scanner.
They used to be excellent but have went downhill over the years

I was gonna say I was in Asda looking at one and it was £4.50.
Loved those Detroit M&S ones, still miss them
That looks truly revolting
Nothing like pizza either
Clicked on the links in Ops description and they seem to be £2.25 on the website - a great deal.
Might have to go and have a look when i am next in Asda, as i'd like to find out what sort of base they are and size. But based on the weights i'd guess they are not deep pan.
Cheese and sauce on dough... seems like one to me.
If you think that Asda attempt would taste better, I don't know what to tell you without getting my comment deleted for being insulting.
Connor approves
Now you're imagining things. Weirdo!
The very basis of a Detroit pizza is it needs cooking in a deep pan dish with cheese right up to the edge, so that cheese goes down the side of the pan and bakes to the dough. The sauce goes on top of the cheese rather than cheese on top of the sauce, and usually a different recipe of sauce. Cheese usually Monterey Jack or a blend rather than just mozzarella. So yeah. Not just dough cheese and sauce
had one of these and it was very disappointing
It’s a rectangle, isn’t that enough?
If you play football with a basketball is that enough? They're both round.
I was pulling his leg. I commented on how much of a joke these are last time they were posted. Not sure if it was the same poster.
I love this city
