The checkout operator said, I am best to pay in groups of 2 as the ones I bought were at different prices. To get the best price for the eggs I bought.

Be curious if anyone else has noticed this, but in my Morrisons I've noticed that a lot of seasonal goods just disappear once it is over.

Last couple of years, last year especially, despite there being piles and piles left come the next morning - all gone and no sign Easter ever existed. Instead the next seasonal event stock was in it's place and no special section for the old goods.

Kinda curious where they all went. My guess was perhaps they ship everything back centrally and sell it off in a few given stores or something or sell in bulk to the type of places that take old and overstocked goods, such as Heron.
Easter eggs in Morrisons buy one get one free. So you get 2 eggs for £1. There was loads of different ones when I was there ranging from £1 up to £10, but you get the cheapest one free.

Fair enough! Sorry if it seemed like I was having a go at you, I'm just sick of seeing people go out of their house for no valid reason. You bought alongside essentials so that's fine

No problem, very challenging times at the moment. What really annoys me is this can’t go on for much longer due to companies losing money etc. The simple fact remains you can replace money but you can’t replace people.
I picked up some at my local for the family, if they are different prices go self checkout to get them on separate transactions otherwise its cheapest free! The freddo egg is good value meant to be £3. But £1.50 and bogof!

Offer not online
No all on offer in my local. Lots but not all. (Yes I was also buying essentials. First trip to supermarket in 3 weeks!!!!!)
I tried it with the hens eggs and it didn't work

Didn't you know, thought every adult new, but they all hatch at the same time late evening and the babs eat everything box an all, then staff leave doors open at night.
