I don't collect pops any more so I didn't purchase anything... If memory serves you can contact them via their Facebook page or [email protected]popinabox.co.uk I can imagine that's really frustrating, the new sites a right mind field! Hopefully it will get sorted fast I read people got some mega deals

They say it is processing now but I have placed an order after the 'great deal' and payment has been taken for it so it seems the 'good deal' order is stuck in limbo. They are being very friendly and communicative about the whole thing. Will contact them on Monday again.

Well at least they are being cool about it, I've always heard positive things via the groups about their customer service though but nothings perfect.... fingers crossed it's all OK

Anyone get their order ?

No - had an email saying the order had been stopped at the warehouse because of a problem and they would email with an update soon or if they are unable to process the order would refund me

So far they have taken money then refunded it, then said that it would be sorted in the next 24 hours (it was not), now they are saying some items are not in stock so do I want to cancel and re order at full price. I have today told them to remove the out of stock items and send the rest, see what they say next.

Wow how did I not see this coming. Every time I shop with the Hut group they always find a way to mess me over. Simply the worst customer service around. I made three separate orders with pop in a box. Two on black Friday and one a couple days later. So far only one of my orders has been dispatched yet still hasn't arrived... the other two are still processing. I contacted them via Facebook and got excuse after excuse... today however I received an email from zavvi which started with... Dear Doris Muller and went on to explain that my pre order wouldn't arrive until Feb 2017....

not only did I not order from zavvi... the last time I checked my name was definitely not Doris muller. pop in a box later emailed me apologising for the mix up yet confirmed the dispatch dates.

when I ordered the pre order item it said the dispatch would be Nov 30th so obviously I'm not very pleased as it was a Christmas present. to make matters worse they are now saying that the other undispatched pop which I ordered on black Friday is out of stock. Yet it clearly said in stock when I was ordering it at midnight.

how is this company still allowed to trade after the way they treat customers. should have known the black Friday sale was too good to be true.

​Snap!! execpt I was called Mr Crystal Ball??? My email said my order would be dispatched on or around the 19th of Dec. I'm not holding my breath that they'll be here at all let alone before Christmas

​seems like it was all one big stunt to attract more customers to their site. They clearly didn't have the stock to support such a sale. not the first time they have done something like this. I'm determined to see out the orders aswell. Only because I know their losing money if I do. A warning though... the Hut group companies have a habit of cancelling orders without consent. My dispatched order should be here tomorrow... if it isn't then it's late. as you can imagine I'm not holding my breath.

Exactly same for me - I was called roger Rodriguez!!! They've told me my order will be dispatched in the next 24 hours - not gonna hold my breath!! Have made several posts along with others to their facebook page around how bad they are and they just delete the comments hoping to lure other people into their trap - good luck with this everyone

Same for me too... Money taken, no goods received despite showing as dispatched and everytime I send a message get the same generic response back! They remove my negative comments on twitter as soon as I post them yet take 30 hrs to respond to messages via the site! Joke of a company will never use again!

I got called Anthony Raimondo (fake name?) from i woot and they say it will be dispatched week commencing 19th December in the apology. yeah right. Most items I ordered (out of 22) are out of stock but some are in stock. Payment hasn't been taken for any of it. I won't give up either.

I managed after 4 attempts to get them to remove the 3 out of stock figures and send me the rest (so still get 6 of the 9) but they are still not doing anything and are now ignoring my messages on the Facebook page, also even after they removed the 3 figures the total amount due is still for 9 figures. But I am still determined to either get my order or at least bug them a little bit more (_;)

Im still waiting for my order from black Friday they keep saying one is on its way and the others will be later this month the first email back from them was in a different name and said late February i will receive wtf.

I'm still waiting for my dispatched order aswell. it's been around 6 - 7 days since dispatch. I think we should consider contacting trading standards and reporting them. They mislead their customers and take 0 responsibility for everything

Guys I am now being told January and although I was not going to give up with this order I have to seeing that they are for Xmas gifts. This has got to be the worst company in the UK, but why am I surprised as everything under the Hut name is all the same and I have had many problems in the past so should have known better. There has always been a lot of hate for the Hut, Very, Zavvi etc on this site and it is 100% deserved. I have contacted trading standards and they have told me they have a very long list of complaints about this company and will add mine to that list, they are getting away with treating customers this way and the best solution may be to boycott them completely. If I find any Pop deals from the many other decent companies I will post them here, Merry Christmas
