Unrepeatable offer with limited stocks. Two compact and smart USB 2.0 compatible reader & writers both supplied brand new and boxed with USB connection cables. Plug and play makes it fast and easy to start using !
Always handy, keep one reader/writer for the office and use the other one at home, or 1 for the laptop case or even a gift idea.
Works with virtually every memory card currently on the market. (but not SD-HC) Reads and writes to the following cards
SmartMedia,
SD (Secure Digital up to 2GB- but not compatible with SD-HC cards (typically 4GB and ovr)),
MMC (Multimedia)
Compact Flash Type 1 and II
Micro Drive
Sony Memory Stick
Mini-SD (using standard SD adapter)
RS-MMC (Adapter to Standard MMC size required)
Picture Card (uses the SmartMedia slot)
Please note that Mini SD cards will first require fitting into the full sized SD adapter which is normally supplied with the card/equipment.

This reader is compatible with USB 1.1 and also USB 2.0 for extra fast transfers. This product is also supplied with a 45cm USB computer connection cable.
Compatible with Windows 2000 and above and Mac Os X.
Please Note: This product is not compatible with Windows 98 or previous. And we do not have drivers.

Picture card users please note that whilst the front of the reader is not marked for Picture Card it will accept them with no problems. The picture cards will fit in the slot for SMC on the bottom right side of the reader with the thin edge (the contacts) facing upwards.

Seems a great price, but clearly they are offloading these due to the nature of them, not supporting SDHC a couple of years ago might have been ok, but more and more devices supporting the SDHC format as memory cards are vastly increasing in capacity means these are becoming pretty redundant without such support.

Voted "warm".

Ordered heat added

Don't have much use for one but my brother does so i'm sure he will be happy to receive one of them for free and I will have one just in case.

These have been posted loads of times before and they are naff as the don't read most stuff that is out today.

Try alot of the new cards that is out, it will not read them.

These are old and cheap for a reason.

You can get these in Poundland.

The fact they don't support SDHC or cards over 2GB makes them a bit useless nowadays.

No SDHC
